Intended Use

To be used for blood cell counting, sizing, and WBC differentiation, hemoglobin determination on Sysmex XT-2000i, XT-1800i hematology analyzers. This product is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use only.

Precautions

Re-calibration is recommended when changing the origin of the reagents.
It is not recommended using different brands of solutions together on one unit of analyzer.
Do not ingest. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Skin contact: Flush with plenty of water.
Eyes contact: Flush with plenty of water. Obtain immediate medical attention.
This kit is for professionals and in vitro diagnostic use only.

Procedures

Remove the diluents tubing from the currently used Cellpack.
Wipe the tube’s surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water.
Loosen and remove the cap on the cubitainers or bottles or sachet, attach the dispenser assembly to the cubintainer or bottle or sachet, then tighten the caps.
Connect the other reagents to the analyzer in the same way.
Prime the reagents though the instrument completely according to the operator’s manual.
Recalibrate the unit if necessary.

Storage

Store the product at 5-35℃ in a dust free place with good ventilation. Temperature outside the range may damage the product.
The open vial life of the product is 30/60 days. Unused reagents should be discarded after 30/60 days. Do not mix residual with a new carton.
